WHAT IS THE WINZIC RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
All Winzic articles must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
- It is not possible to return or exchange articles that have been engraved, embossed, modified, or personalized.
- The returned or exchanged article must belong to a current collection; we cannot exchange discontinued pieces.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
Should you wish to exchange your Winzic.com purchase, you can exchange by mail using the steps below:
- Contact Support
To ensure the availability of the article you wish to receive in exchange, please contact Customer Support.
You will receive your unique return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.
- Package Your Creation
Prior to placing your article in the box, ensure that any clasps or parts are secured, and the piece will not have any friction during transit.
Place it in the shipping bag, and seal the bag with packaging tape.
WHEN MAY I EXPECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
If using a DHL label provided by Winzic, your article will be shipped to us with 2-day shipping. Once received, your article will enter our quality control inspection process. Should the article be determined to be acceptable for return, it may take five to seven business days for your refund or exchange to be fully processed. Please note that this estimate may be extended during elevated holiday or gifting seasons.
MAY I RETURN A CARTIER ITEM GIFTED TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE?
You may choose to exchange or return an item that was purchased and gifted to you using our return and exchange methods. Any refunded amount, including any remaining balance in the case of an exchange, will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser.
Please note that we are able to provide merchandise credit for online purchases.
ARE SOCCER / FOOTBALL RETURNABLE?
Winzic allows soccer / football in pristine, unworn condition to be returned or exchanged, subject to our Return/Exchange Policy.
ARE JERSEY KITS RETURNABLE?
Winzic allows jersey kits to be in pristine, unworn condition to be returned or exchanged, subject to our Return/Exchange Policy.
